Welcome And The Core Idea

SPEAKER_00

At the podcast last week, we'll host Ibtada Minhir Mayul introduction. Usually I start by saying welcome to the curation, and this is your host, Nur Hassan, but I think you guys know this by now, and if not, welcome. I'm super happy in into Karortu Tismaur Podcast BTAI. And to join us today. The topic of this episode is called Becoming Her Again. Reinventing Yourself Without Starting Over. The thing is, is how to be adma or bani adam lintu you see in your head, the person you envision. You know, when you think of Ana Aiza Ab, I mean, it's a very good thing. Ultimately, her as in the girl, the person that I've always dreamed of. Becoming her is a lifelong journey. And again and again and again. Ultimately, it's a solo episode, but it's a very good idea. Actually, a little bit closer to a goal of episode D fanon had five tips on how to become her again, how to reinvent yourself again. Anna recently I had a baby, and that's a major, major life change. But you don't need to have a baby for your life to change. You know, you could change your city that you live in. At the end of the day, blacks. When you are becoming her again, a new version, a level up, zai ay la bama masana law, fi gamers, hana, ow, zai bodybuilder, aw Pilates girl. Intuba alkus niin bitutmaronu. Example. Just because you change your gym doesn't mean in nintu khulos you lost kulil mussel il benittu over the past couple of years. Anakuta bamal roll tiktial kiddan lam. I moved almost instantly within a month to Cairo alone. I had a huge major surgery when I was younger. You get married, you move homes, you have a kid, kulla da, but se kuta daiman, andi aksay no, oh my god, I'm starting over. Haptidium an awl wagdi. Udimish haya, ma'of shrihaban ulik gomla difil muk tamaik butan. Nafish haiga ismaha, haptidi min awl wgdid. Yani into kulla mab unlock level gideed fayat ku. You take everything you've ever learned, everyone you've ever met, every lesson, every thought, every action you've ever done, it all comes with you. You're not there alone, okay? So you need to understand that you're editing your life. You're not deleting illifet, you're not starting over, you're building from where you are now. As strong as you are now, as smart as you are now, experiences illifetit. Wa tahtu kula da l mustabbal. Wahat editai, wahat sibu lemish muhem al mour, illamish tafid minu, bas linthino fan hai fitku. But yeah, my point, I think. Honestly, thinking that you're starting over is detrimental to becoming her again. We're never the same person forever. Hata with friendships. It's not me anymore. I've evolved, I've changed, I've changed so much, and I think it's a bit of a big but from 20 to 30, I think I was maybe six different people. Easily like literally 22, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29. Every year almost you completely shed a skin like a snake, and you become a completely different person. This is the person I've always dreamed of. You think to yourself, la anaiza a fitter, an aizab a sahe octa na iza moron octa naiza aptidiaman masters. Fa then your version of the ultimate her that is you, that you really are looking forward to and dreaming of and praying for. But here's another identity shift. But if you learn to embrace these seasons, you learn that this is the blessing of life because you get to evolve, you get to upgrade. In the best case scenario, Taban. You don't need to do everything anymore. That's point number three. It's like it point that we tahak ni anakata. Oh my god, I don't apply this. I'm the person that is such a lone wolf, such a nomad. To become the person that you want to become, to become her again and again and again, the more you grow up, the more you have to accept help. The more you have to let other people come into your life and help. Khosusan for situations like motherhood, like changing a job, when you work environment, system. What are we doing here? How do you do it? What am I supposed to do? And it's super uncomfortable, you guys. I mean, I literally, I don't want to use the word hate, but I very much dislike this about transforming and evolving and moving on in life. But also, Alhamdulillah, this is a huge blessing. But there's no point in having an infrastructure if you are not willing to accept help. Becoming her again is not about doing more, it's about doing less and really delegating, accepting help from others. The fourth point, attafakar fiakti wall, aktibhaw lamaktibesh akalam fiawaim, shlenhiya, it's kind of a bit of a vague and difficult concept, but it's the truth. Becoming her again and reinventing changing yourself is not something that we do publicly, social media style, announcing. Most of the time, changes happen kind of behind closed doors in private, where you completely shift, and then you present yourself to the world, and everyone around you is like, whoa, mean dee! What happened? You're dressing different, your energy is super different, you're talking different, even, you sound more educated, you've been reading, you changed your style, you became a mom. You don't have enough time anymore to spend three hours at an event or whatever. Fa you only pop in, pop out for like an hour. You show up into the world suddenly as a new version. Well, I think Aktor Hega bit I wanna say detracts people or brings people down betal il evolution da in this really reject that people hate seeing you thrive, most of them. And I'm gonna use the word hate here. People are not thrilled when they see you reinvent yourself, become her again, come out stronger, figure out a way to tahduko, circumstances, whatever it was, and come back an even better version of yourself. Don't ever think that anyone outside of your mom and your dad wants you to kill it. Okay, I'm being completely honest now. Other than them, people are shocked and they will push back against this new version of you. Like, Ada, you're eating healthy, tabiola, let's just order burgers. Oh my god, you're taking care of yourself in motherhood. Ms. That's a bit selfish, yeah. But see be your baby mameen, the ultimate question. And the answers to these questions are very simple. It's you don't need to answer. You don't need to explain yourself. You have made a choice. If you're listening to this podcast, and if you are the type of person I know my audience is, you're not interested in going into the nitty-gritty of like the who, what, where, why, and how. You have a vision, you have a goal, and you know that you'll do whatever it takes to become her again. And that is the ultimate truth. The last point, guys, is becoming her is something that you do through your actions. It's not built through saying that you're that girl or talking about it or any of those other things. It's a very simple, actionable, daily thing that you do through discipline, alignment, and self-respect. You choose to wake up a little earlier and sit with yourself and try and figure out what your day is gonna be like. You choose to go to the gym at 8 pm, even though you literally would rather do anything else out, you can't do it. It's irrelevant really, isn't it? Because if you've chosen to become her again, then this is the type of work that you have to put in. Sometimes what people don't understand is they look at you and they're like, oh my god, like she's so lucky she did XYZ or how is she doing this, that, or the other? But the answer is simple. You make the sacrifices, okay, you make a choice, it's not hagap teh, that you're going to do the things that are uncomfortable and out of your comfort zone completely to keep going. Or you're behind. Oh my god, I'm not there yet. I didn't I didn't get to the person I want to be in time. Because that's what becoming her again is. And honestly, it's one of my favorite topics to speak about. When to put episodes and mawduada. I'll do it a lot more with many updates and edits and curations, but what I do want to say is that becoming her again is the best and most precious task. If you're the person you want to be, you can't do it.
